Cancellation and Refund Policy
Course bookings may be cancelled at any time, subject to the following refund conditions:

Cancellations made more than 10 full days before the course start date will receive a full refund, minus a £10 administration fee

Cancellations made between 10 and 4 days before the course date will receive a 50% refund

Cancellations made within 3 full days of the course start date are non-refundable
Participant substitutions are permitted at no additional cost, provided the replacement attendee meets the course eligibility requirements.
